옷공방은 코오롱FnC의 패션 브랜드 르캐시미어(LE CASHMERE) LA 매장 오픈 기념 전시에 참여하여, 큐티스바이오 및 르캐시미어와 협업한 회장저고리를 선보였다. 전통 의복의 형식을 바탕으로 친환경 미생물 염색 공법과 지속 가능한 캐시미어 소재를 적용하여 제작하였으며, 전통 복식이 지닌 조형성과 제작 원리를 현대의 소재 및 기술과 결합하는 시도로 마련되었다.
The Clothing Studio participated in an exhibition celebrating the opening of the Los Angeles store of LE CASHMERE, a fashion brand by Kolon FnC, presenting a hoejang-jeogori, a traditional Korean jacket with contrasting fabric accents, created in collaboration with CutisBio and LE CASHMERE.Based on a traditional garment form, the piece combines environmentally friendly microbial dyeing with sustainable cashmere. It explores how the sculptural qualities and construction principles of traditional Korean dress can be brought together with contemporary materials and technologies.
