Designed by the Design Dept. for 2023, the Year of the Black Rabbit (Gyemyo, 계묘), this New Year card was created in collaboration with a minhwa(민화, Korean folk painting) artist. Drawing on the interpretation of the character myo(묘, 卯), associated with the rabbit, as a pair of wide-open doors, the design depicts a black rabbit crouching as it awaits spring, poised to leap higher and farther.
