1900년대 궁에서 입었던 치마 유물*에 사용된 갑사를 제직한 것이다. 커다란 원 안에 도라지꽃이 자리하고 있으며, 매우 정교하고 다양한 직조법을 사용해 입체적인 느낌을 강조하였다.

Gapsa refers to fine silk gauze fabric. This bellflower patterned fabric was weaved with reference to gapsa used for chima (skirt) worn by court ladies in the 1900s in the collection of Kyungwoon Museum. The bellflower in a large circle was done exquisitely by various weaving techniques to make the pattern be felt three-dimensional. This fabric was produced with support of the Hanbok Advancement Center in 2014.
